Beats Balance Flow is growing!!!
Our last event SOLD OUT so we have moved to a larger space!
We can't wait to share some of our new artists and presenters with you.
Of course, we have carefully curated movement to music by Kari J. and DJ RyToast. We offer a sacred space to dive deep into your yoga practice with music that moves you and allows you to leave your mat feeling recharged. Setting the vibe with sage and smudge, crystals and candles, and general badassery, we bring the community together through a cerebral experience.
After class we provide fresh fruit and other juicy snacks to keep you lifted.
Don't miss this opportunity to grow individually and as a community. It's a great space to be yourself, connect with others, network or just show up and have fun. Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Easy street parking with venue access down the driveway to the backyard.

Meet our Friends:
Sho Hernandez has opened his home so we can dive deep into our synergetic flow. From the moment you walk into his space, there is a palpable sense of intention. The home has recently been updated, and from the outside, it looks like an adorably quaint beach bungalow. Walk to the backyard, and enter a serene oasis that makes you forget you're in mid-city LA. Think super clean lines, gorgeous grass, shaded areas, amazing open space for our event. Sho will be offering for sale one of his many crafts, @leathernex so go check out his page and get acquainted. He will also be serving his delicious homemade salsa! òle!
Megan Pogoda, ever the creator, is so multi faceted. Megan is a visual arts specialist/expert who had residency with Lil Jon in Las Vegas for nearly 5 years. She is a custom trailer remodeler and builder with her project, The Trailer Tailor, a photographer and videographer who edits her own work, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. For this particular event, Megan will be bringing her newest baby, The Tea Drop Trailer. Her custom-made trailer offers only the finest teas and spreads knowledge about plant medicine. Megan will be serving tea, and she will be selling pre-packaged, intentionally created blends in to-go tea bags. Peep some tea @theteadroptrailer!!
Coleen Janeway is a beauty expert, writer, editor and skinfood chef. Former owner of her own medical spa, and having the opportunity to oversee other successful wellness brands and medical practices in LA, she has been in the business of health and wellness long enough to understand what is hype and what is truth, she cuts through the confusing glittery mess and peels back the layers of superficial to reveal what is real and effective, helping individuals set and achieve attainable goals by simplifying food and skincare. Through her work, she demonstrates a restorative lifestyle to achieve the best version of one's self. For this event, Coleen keeps it really simple. She will be holding discussion for about 20-30 mins after yoga and creating awareness and conversation about hydrating skin foods, other antioxidants like rose water, mushroom supplements and CBD Cannabliss products, which will also be available for purchase. She will be generously offering her paleo homemade granola and cucumber melon gazpacho as a snack. Say hi to Coleen @skinfoodbodylove.
Jess Rabbit Reid brings style to the party. She has a dope, well curated collection of fun flared fashions. Jess knows how to mix trends so you look polished and fly AF. Let her style you out! Clothes range from sparkle glitter onesies to 60's style rompers, fun costume jewelry and even menswear!! She hits the nail on the head and you're sure to find something you love, or something for someone you love. Check out her store @theroguepony
Katie Oakes is also a multi talented being. Her female goddess energy is tangible, and she is connected deeply to Mother Earth and grounded in community and family. She is also a vegan chef and has given her craft in the very male-dominated kitchen community at public restaurants throughout the LA area. She went to university for art therapy and is a sculptor and ceramicist. For this event, she will be sharing and selling her ceramic crafts. You can definitely see how Katie's personality shows through her art as far as her connection to earth and how nature plays a role in her pieces. Take a peek at her crafts and even make a request for your favorite piece @oakes.studio!
